Ranch to Table

This year, the Michael family will begin selling a portion of our beef in local Montana markets. Beef will be raised here on the North Fork of the Milk RIver, the same as always, but several of the best stock will be selected for finishing with the customer in mind.

It has become clear that consumers are interested in origin labeling, the legacy of family business, and quality food products. We will be able to offer beef finished without growth hormones, that was raised and finished in the same location.

Ranch to Table hopes to offer speciality gourmet beef at a competitive price. Since Ranch to Table is starting small, as demand grows, so will supply. Tying the community directly to the ranching way of life is exciting.
